For example, if you have inhaled for 5 seconds, then you must hold the breath for 10 seconds before exhaling.

A person suffering from anxiety disorder tends to have a lot of trouble sleeping.
Staying awake till late night and spending the odd hours worrying and depressing yourself only increases the problem. Try to go to bed early so that even if you fall asleep hours after lying on the bed, you get proper sleep of 8-10 hours. Don't forget that the brain needs proper sleep to stay relaxed and active.

Exercise is the Key to Keep Fit

Being fit is not only subjected to physical appearance, it means having sufficient capabilities to tackle both physical and mental challenges.
Take time to do some simple yet effective anxiety exercises. A stretch in the morning followed with a short time of jogging would prove to be a helpful anxiety cure. Consider that exercise will help you get rid of all your worries and anxieties. Try it, feel it!

Pray, So That the Mind Never Goes Astray
